I'm Marcelo — a product designer who thinks in systems and ships in details.

I'm a Brazilian product designer currently working as UI/UX Team Lead at Growmodo. I care deeply about the intersection of design, engineering, and how things actually get built. My work sits somewhere between brand-level thinking and pixel-level execution — I like being involved in both.

Before leading a team, I spent time as a UI designer at Magroove, a music-tech startup where I learned to move fast and make every screen earn its place. I started my career as a design intern at UNICENTRO, where I first realized that good design is really just clear thinking made visible.

Outside of work, I'm usually tinkering with side projects, exploring open-source tools, or diving into whatever rabbit hole catches my attention that week. I believe the best designers are the ones who stay curious about everything, not just design.
